Seeking the 86th District Delegate Seat in the Virginia General Assembly on Feb. 19th.

Since 1990 when I first ran for the Herndon Town Council, I have had one focus -- Give my time and talents to improve the Quality of Life in my hometown.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time on the Herndon Town Council.  That elected body sets policy, sets tax rates, decides zoning and land use issues and passes a budget for the Town's operations over the coming year. My experience over the years as a Town Council member and Vice Mayor has given me the background and knowledge needed to productively work for our area at the State level, as a Member of the House of Delegates!

Town elected officials run as Independents in order to allow cooperation and collaboration without divisive party politics.  I think we need more of that type of atmosphere at the State level, so I have decided to run as an Independent for State Delegate.  After all, better education, improved transportation, lower medical costs, and making sure that Northern Virginia gets the support it deserves from the State (as one of it's biggest economic engines) are common sense issues -- not partisan politics.

So, Herndon, Sterling and Chantilly...what type of representation do you want for the 86th District in the Virginia General Assembly?  Make a decision to VOTE of February 19th, 2019 and bring cooperation and collaboration to politics at the State level.

---Thank you!
